I’ll see when it’s home. It’s the last of the foxeye Blades and clean ones are starting to climb now so we’ll see. It’ll need an upper cowl and right hand mid fairing as they are cracked but it’s not been dragged up the road so hopefully I can find those bits without breaking the bank and until then it’s useable.

Looks fairly original with just indicators and can to get it back original. Oh, and an uncut undertail but I’m not spending £300 to get one of those.

Well, checked the mot history late last night and there’s a discrepancy over the mileage. Looks like it was clocked or at least got new clocks with 11k less back in 2011.
Plenty out there, I’ll keep looking.

I was very outspokenly told at my brothers wedding by my niece that you CAN'T babysit your own children!

The funny part was she wanted me to hold her child whilst she went to the bar.... err nope.

Currently only have a £1500 budget which I could stretch for the right one as I have a brand new MT10 here so getting it past the wife would be hard work as I don't technically need another bike :D.

Noone needs a second bike...but for your sanity you do!

My wife caved in...better to have him in the garage tinkering than annoying me is what she said.

I need to go back in and update them all, it was a proper labour of love that rebuild thread, shame Photobucket buggered it all up.

How are you getting on with it, any updates?

Hopefully you’ve got rid of the pink levers!

I missed out in the end. I found a 98 600 Bandit just up the road for £500. It’s clean enough and needed recommissioning as it had been parked up since 2011. It’s running just fine now and the rear shock has been swapped out along with a quick spruce up. Have to MOT it then move it on. I’ll get me a blade yet.
