Mine is supposed to be in storage but I dragged it out and got out for a couple of hours, it was a little bit slippery here and there but I had a great ride.

I blew the video up and at times he was riding twice the speed limit in a 30! And that overtaking manoeuvre past the lorry which was indicating to turn right was completely reckless. If he’s married with kids I wonder if his wife knows he rides like that.

I’m no saint, in fact I’ve just done a speed awareness course, but there is a time and a place.

Gutted, it's been pulled. Can't get overly outraged at something I neither witnessed or was affected by.......have to read the Brexit thread instead :laughing:

That’s one thing but it’s more the OAP or child crossing the road that comes to my mind. Anyone who rides like that in built up areas deserves the 18 tonner that’s coming their way. I’ve no sympathy whatsoever for them it’s the innocent ones caught up in it that I think of.

I see you went for the "play it safe" option at H Caff regarding food. Good move. Ate cooked food there once and never again!

Charged the battery, it was down to 13.6v
Being a lithium it needs to be 13.8+v maybe needed 14v

Not used the bike for weeks so it drained a little over time.

5 minutes in the Optimate Lithium charger and it is as good as new

Got my mates FZS600 started, been at the back of a garage for 15years
We cleaned the tank and replaced filters sparks etc
    Started 1st time!!!
But then cylinder 1 stopped firing so put half a bottle of RedEx in the tank, see how it is in a couple of days otherwise it's a strip n clean of the carbs:worried:

Depends how you ride. None of us are saints on the bike, me included, but posted speed limits in built up areas are full of witnesses to your pratlike riding, not to mention CCTV, so recording yourself riding like a twat is just the icing on the cake. I have a double camera system on my bike and I like to ride progressively on the open roads and if I’ve perchance gone over the limit a bit and there’s no other “event” I wish to save I format the sd card, I certainly don’t upload it to social media leaving myself open to potential investigation.

Actually had a dry day to get out, freezing after a couple of hours, so thats enough. Did 90 miles around the coast Peterhead way.
The bike feels great and I definitely prefer the standard fork setting in the yolk, ( why do people think they know more than educated experienced techs at the manufacturers, if it improved the bike why wouldnt they do it in the factory?)
Washed and put to bed, not me ,the bike. Back to work tomorrow.

Two of my favourite things, a pub and a Bonnie. A short run around the Eastbourne area this AM.

    Hey Steve,
you've completely altered the rear end of your bike!
    Looking good!
Don't suppose you've got a redundant Lucas style rear light unit sitting idle and unwanted in your garage?
