The problem is, no one is quite sure wether he can or not because he’s usually eaten the crayons before the paper is made ready

Is that because you're too tight to buy a new cozzy then?

Thought I better get back on with this :)
The tow ball bracket will need to be ground down so that it sits flush with the tow bar :) CE840278-C3C7-41AB-BE5F-8D236815383A.jpeg firstly though I need to get the tow bar itself fitted at the right ride height
So I’ve drawn a template on the garage floor so I can get the mounting points the same both sides :)
This is so I get it mounted on the brackets I made at the beginning of this thread and get the side supports mounted in the same position for uniformity :) 0DA32071-10A2-4628-B242-6F69F61B3427.jpeg did some measurements after offering the the tow bar up to NUDGER and got to use my newly acquired angle grinder to cut the long side rails to size :)

:grinning: Well that went better than I thought it would :grinning: everything bolted together and it lines up perfectly
If you zoom in you can see that I’ve fitted a passenger foot rest :)
Not sure about it though  as I sat on the rear passenger seat to try it out and someone who doesn’t care about NUDGER the way I do  might get the sole of their boot burnt on the exhaust if they don’t sit properly
Gonna have a look again for some footboards :) B470A304-3C9F-442A-8824-3D24769F3935.jpeg

Be great if you find them mate :)
But don’t worry about it if you can’t
Will have another search on eBay or might see if I can make some plates to fit onto them footpegs somehow
I want to be able to fold them up when not in use :)

Would still save me having to fabricate the footboard part :)
The folding idea is what I would like but if they have to be fixed then it’s no big deal as I still intend to remove the tow bar when not in use
