2018 speed RS has been back at the dealer twice now as the immobiliser with not deactivate and the keyless fob is not recognized. Have lost all faith in the bike as if I go anywhere I might not be able to start the bike again. All sorts of ignition errors, failed to recognize key errors etc etc. Anyone else had similar issues?

Sorry to hear your having problems , losing faith in something isn't nice .
When I first got the bike , on a couple of occasions , pressing the ignition resulted in a whirring clicking noise , but it didnt turn on . Don't know if I was doing something wrong as it hasnt done it since .
Hopefully you have a decent dealer who will restore your faith . Cheers , Colin .

Just experienced exactly this Mon AM with my Street Triple 765. Dead as a dodo. Didn't have second key with me & will try that but, like you, I've lost all faith.

Battery in the "Key" faulty ? It's happened with my car, it wouldn't start with key in the ignition, as key battery was faulty and all data was corrupted ! So car didn't recognise the KEY !!

Sorry to hear of the problems you are having, I was lucky as I had no issues at all with my Street RS, I had it for 15 months and did 5,600 miles, I hope they sort it out.
