Hey crew, quick introduction, Pete here, had a go at the inlaws aircooled T100 3 weeks ago and got hooked basically, now tested the Scrambler and Desert Sled Ducati back to back, being 6’2” the Sled is more my size, nice sporty thingy, but the Scrambler made me feel like my surname was McQueen, so much character in that bike, absolutely loved it!

Yeah they are in high demand as unmolested machines are rare. In the deep communism, back in Czech, we had to make do with what was available so a lot of these ended up being turned into all sorts of "western" looking bikes ;)

Welcome in Pete and good luck convincing the minister to agree and approve. I take it grant the approval it's going to be a scrambler ;)

Oh it has to be! Yesterday, I had 2h on the Desert Sled Ducati, great bike, plenty of power, perfect seat height for me, good fun. 1h on the new T100, sweet bike, Sunday ride affair, gearbox from another planet, silky smooth. And than 1.5h on the scrambler, and the minute I have left the dual carriage way and went into B twisties, I found myself laughing and yelling into my helmet like I was 15 again and nicked my fathers bike ;) the sound (even with stock set up), the gearbox, the way it pulls and steers (as I'm quite big, I could really throw it about), everything was just right, as I said, it made me think my surname was McQueen for a bit, it just oozes character..I know I look a touch too big for the bike, but it is not uncomfortable, feels right and it is so good, I could not care less what it looks like ;)

I will definitely test ride a 1200 scrambler when it appears. Good luck getting a bike pass from the boss.

Hey, yeah, Desert Sled first, than T100 followed by the happy Scrambler. T120 tomorrow, I'm basically sold on the scrambler pending my own mind coming to terms with the fact that at 6'2" and 215 lb I make it look like 250cc teenagers bike ;) mega fun though, kind of like a lil' hooligan thing even with the stock exhaust
