What about a bit of heat using a hot air gun on the area around the bolt and a freeze spray on the bolt itself.

Definitely heat and shock, manufacturers normally put loctite on the threads. Try to shock the bolt, example if it's a hex bolt use an allen key socket, place it in the bolt and give it a fair blow with the hammer directly on the socket. The heat followed by the shock will almost certainly do the trick. Key is use a good fit socket when attempting to loosen it so that you do not damage the bolt. Be extremely careful not to hit something else if you do decide to try this. Edit: Had a look at mine now and saw its normal hex bolts, I have a piece of Aluminum shaft (dia.20 x 150mm long) which I normally use in similar situations, it's just to protect the bolt from damage when hitting it, you can use a piece of copper as well if you have to put in between when shocking with a hammer.

Yes! Cheaper, and the bun was fresh - last couple of times at Loomies the bread has been a bit dry. Downside - I was the only bike there.

Cussed it lol, Well its previous owners to be exact:mad:. I bought a new rear caliper seal kit off ebay & after cleaning the sliders up & a re grease all was well. I then loosely assembled it all back together on the bike to find someone had hellicoiled the caliper bracket which failed on me & also there was bugger all thread in the caliper for the one brake pin!!:mad:. Now this thing may be old but it can still pop 150 so im now looking for a new caliper & bracket as im not re fitting bodged parts !

I looked for National Triumph on Ebay but maybe Ivan has closed the shop as I couldn't find one add for him. Find out tomorrow when I call the shop. Two steps forward one back...normal:(

Took off sprocket cover and saw THIS!
20,000 km on odometer. I guess I was the first person who decided to see whats happening under the cover.
