    Hi
I got my st running recently after being layed up over the winter and it has an engine management light on. It wasn’t on when I stopped using it, how can I find out what it refers to?

Three hot cold cycles will extinguish any random EM lights. Start run to temp allow to cool fully repeat. If its still on,see above post re tuneecu.

If you didn't have your battery on a charger, it could be as simple as a low voltage reading - even if the bike started. As Sprinter noted, 3 cycles should get rid of that light if the battery comes back up to a proper charge. As StrippleMont said, you can get the software and connector to read the codes, and then you will know exactly what is wrong.
