All radial engines have an odd number of cylinders unless they are twin row, I.e. a 14cylinder would have two 7 cylinders side by side. They are built that way to get an even firing sequence and fire every other cylinder so 1-3-5-4-2 etc
Yup as I’d seen these engines widely used in 1st and 2nd wars, in all forms of aircraft military and civilian, the Fokker and sopwith camels, hey ho it’s probably an 18 cylinder in which case it’ll be 2nd ww. Single engine fighter or twin engine bomber, I’ll take a guess at a Beaufort or similar
