The first one is way too much money for year and mileage. I know it has the Bob Farnham engine upgrade but it's still a 9 year old bike with well over 13000 on the clock for almost £6000. Mine was 4 years old with 1800 miles for £1500 less. Do you ever get your money back from expensive modifications or customisation?
Seen this on another forum, nothing to do with me, though the seller is only 20 minutes away, thought it may be of interest here, if not for purchasing even just for a look, I really liked the Thunderbird Sport. There seems to be a lot of interest in the 900 Thunderbirds at the moment. They are definitely keeping their value more than the other early triples and the Sport is the one to have (mainly for the two discs at the front).

1900 miles in 28 years..and it's a full blown tourer The first time i toured the west coast me and the Mrs hired one of them for the fortnight,Ugly bike but it handles way better than you would think and really comfy for rider and pillion..plus when you are riding it you don't have to look at it's ugly face!
It's the big batwing fairing you would have thought they could make a fairing with a bit more style..i'm sure even i could design something prettier..and thats saying something
