iv had my 2016 speed triple r over a week now first time today iv had the time to get out on it first impressions
very nice, suspensions a bit hard but nothing that cant be sorted out really easy to chuck about the only problem I encountered were the mirrors as soon as you get over 100 mph the mirrors fold in on themselves I cant see how you can tighten them up its the ball and socket on the back that's loose

Are you sure there isn't a grub screw or screw somewhere that can tighten up the ball joint?
I will have a closer look at my bike this afternoon to see if there is something

An auto center punch can be used to expand the ball size, that will tighten it up :)

Ive got the same problem. Centre punch should work its metal ball not plastic. Will have to try as epoxy glue didn't do anything

I don’t know the answer to curing this issue but I reckon if you could get the glass out without breaking it (highly unlikely) there’s probably a nut and locking washer at the end of the mirror shaft, if you could tighten that nut I would think it would do the job.
