I didnt want to pay £100 for a powerbronze screen so made one, got the idea from a guy on here cant find thread now but who ever it was thanks for idea. It cost less than £15, 3mm black perspex and 3m dual lock tape, a couple of hours with heat gun and dremmel, quite pleased with the looks will see if it helps with wind blast on chest.

Nice job mate, May have been me did mine a few years back. Curled mine up a bit to deflect the wind over my head. 120mph and didn't take my head off!

To coin a phrase that's fan davvy dozi. (really really good). If you would like to do your own detailed guide I'm sure it would be very interesting and much appreciated by many others than just me.

Looks great. Obviously inspired off the 2016 & 2017 accessory’s screen. Didn’t realize you could mold plastic with a heat gun.
    Well done.

Looks like it came out the factory, without the fancy price tag. Just goes to show how much money these people make from this type of stuff. Good job well done.

Yeah Moe, it was your post I’d seen thanks for the idea! I used clear 3m dual lock so when I take it off it’s not that noticeable. Was it easy to add the lip?
Andypandy, I’m going to make one for my sons street triple so will take some pics as I do it and put a thread up, it’s not difficult to do just a bit of time and patience. Can’t beat a bit of fettlin in the garage

Glad to help, your one looks a lot more finished than mine. I used a metal bowl as I heated it to great the lip. Good luck with the next one!
