    Morning all,

    I'm a longtime forum lurker, I've just taken the plunge with a Speed Triple R 2012, phantom Black, 5,000 miles, full dealer history. It's mint and I couldn't be happier.

    Any top mod suggestions would be of interest both cosmetic and performance.

    Are there any T owner ride outs in the NE, I'm near Durham.

    Hi n welcome, great looking bike. one mod is lowering the headlights with a bracket from the street triple and as you don't have rear footrests a seat hump would be a good idea.

    Thank you. I've been thinking about a carbon hump and maybe an arrow single exhaust. The lowering is an interesting one, have you done it ?

    I have a 16 and the lights are lower from the factory on the new model but the street triple bracket is a popular mod :) Lowboy full Arrows are cheep now as Triumph are selling them off :)

    I went out on Sunday with the intention of doing a nice 3 hours round the dales, Wolsingham, Alston, Tan Hill, Richmond etc I quit after 90 minutes, I was freezing. Beautiful day but v cold. Yes I'm a soft northerner
