    HI Guys,

Im from South Africa, was looking for a forum to gather and contribute knowledge on all things Triumph related.
Im getting a Daytona 675 2008 model this weekend. i have heard alot of good reviews about this bike which made me choose it as my second bike.
Looking forward to the wealth of knowledge here.

Anything in particular that i should be worried about with the new bike. (besides the stator that might need to be replaced, already spoke to a dealership here which said they willing to inspect if it needs to be replaced or already has been :) )
Will be doing an oil change, radiator flush and general clean and detail of bike once i get it, includes cleaning and lubing of chain.

Anything else you guys can recommend?

    thnaks for the warm welcome.
My initial thought was to get the whole bike dipped in Mat black, but decided against it as its blue in color, and there arent many of those colors here in SA. it looks pretty unique for now :)

Hi Niven, welcome in and congrats on the new bike. If you are looking for a sound dealership to carry out any maintenance I can highly recommend Nick at Traditional Triumph in Edenvale. Cheers and enjoy the new bike
