Fitting aftermarket rev counter

One of the three bonnys im looking at buying has the single speedo unit, 2013 se. I'm so used to a rev counter i wondered if one could be fitted retrospectivly?
I dont need it to ride i just enjoy seeing how the bike does its thing.

I'd happily go with a rev around the outside and digital speedo in the middle but i dont know if that exists yet.

Yes, well spotted.. oops .. I will have another look, is it easy to add a rev counter to a bike without one currently , not sure technically as only started on bikes a year ago and I'm learning as I go along..
