    Hi guys,
if you click on each others avatar at the left of the post a dialog box will come up, from there you can click on "start a conversation". That will allow you to message each other privately away from the main forum posts. :)

'Jet ski' on wheels. 'Bumble bee' front just ugly.

In my day it was called a 'cissy' bar. How times have changed!

About the'sound', in the '60's & 70's', it's what you did with your bike, not what it sounded like, that's the truth.

Sorry. I don't like it. 'Bumble bee' front is 'naff'. A jet ski on wheels. Trying to be 'racy' On par with the, the so called 'cafe racers' of old. Blokes that tried to make their stock bikes look like racing bikes and spent most of their time in cafes. J

No. could be an 'age thing'. I just don't like 'fancy Dan' bikes. In the 60's & 70's it was just 'raw' bikes.

Don't be sorry.... you're entitled to your opinion. :)
But has to be said, you're probably not going to get too much agreement here, you are on the Speed Triple section of the forum.
By the way, I think you've got your beer goggles on upside down. :joy:

Haha don't think so. I think Yamaha or ? Are bringing out a retro bike because the pseudo-race bike will 'fade'.

I remember the 60's and 70's when you had to kick the thing alive, and hope you could do a 100 mile without dropping all the oil, thank god those days are well gone ;) I'd hate to kick me old bonnie into life at my age:p

Thank god times have moved on.
