After a hiatus of 15 years, I’ve found myself back on internet dating. One thing became immediately apparent once I started taking pictures for my profile and comparing them with those taken at the beginning of the last decade: I’ve let myself go. Big time. The years of beer-swilling, inactivity and the march of male pattern baldness have left me looking like a beached seal with hypertension. I look far older and unhealthier than most men of my age group, if their profile pictures are to be believed. Is it any wonder messages to prospective partners go answered? I hope this serves as a cautionary note to others: a bit of preventative maintenance goes a long way. What might have required a just quick wash, wax and polish now needs a major rebuild My third eye has awoken and I can't figure out how to turn the bloody thing off.
Been there mate. Lol. It was great fun at first . But there are some real bad experiences out there. !! If your doing the date net thing . Go to a good one that you pay to join otherwise your going to be meeting some real weirdos . Trust me on this one . I'm lucky. I did my profile and put it up. And the following day one of the admin contacted me and said she read my profile and although she's not allowed to do this. She felt that we both have a lot in common and would like to meet. That was a year and a half ago. WE are still together and have a great crac . She is so funny which is handy because you need a sence of humour to be around me. . My only other advise is be truthful. Let them know your likes dislikes loves and of course your other relationship with your bike. Best of luck
I've given up with FB. People I knew 30 years ago are either letting everyone else know how well they've done and rubbing other people's noses in it or they've become B&T. Doesn't seem to be much of a happy medium

Seriously, try it. Basically we mostly eat too much refined carbohydrate from sugar to wheat to spuds to, ahem, booze. It just made me aware of my bad habits. In 8 weeks I lost a stone and a half and never looked back. And I didn't ever crash diet - just wised up and moderated.
