    Simple Minds and The Stranglers double bill in Aberdeen 2 Christmases ago Good gigg, what stopped it from being great was my fittness level I had to sit down 1/2 way through, o well.
    The Waterboys in Glasgow in Sept is next.

    They where great very sophisticated show like a cabaret or a Vegas show.
    I was impressed by the Foo Fighter that DD put on "soundtrack" last week.
    Ive seen to many to mention, saw Motorhead twice great great band

    Foo Fighters are brilliant i saw them along with a few other bands inc Red Hot Chili Peppers & Queens Of The Stone Age at the Gig on the green in Glasgow,few years ago now though

    Saw the Foos at Manchester, and Muse too, both really got me up n going! Great bands... never saw Motörhead though :confused:

    Stone Roses at Wembley on Saturday with my daughter. It was my birthday present from her - obviously "I am adored!":cool::cool:

    very cool! when i saw the Floyd perform at Earls Court about 1980 i think,the band The Police were sitting behind me, so i got them all to Autograph my program,looked for it several years ago and god knows what has happened to it,I've moved house 7 times since then so no doubt it's got lost

    Leo Sayer at the Palace Theatre in Westcliff last Sunday.. The guy is seventy in September and did a two hour set, still has a great voice.

    i enjoy a wide range of music. A few years back, The Eagles at The O2, Last year Australian Pink Floyd. Can't stomach opera but some classical is...err classic.

    I'm getting into M83 - if you watch Versailles - they do the titles. YouTube them you may be surprised.

    I watch live music every Friday night in my local
    Occasionally it's shite but most of the time the bands are very good and it amazes me the level of talent that's out there and doing it for the love of it
    Myself I try badly to play harmonica o_O
    Apart from rallies the last big one for me was AC/DC at Manchester City ground with Axle Rose singing with his foot in a cast:eek:
    I've seen AC/DC 3 times, the best one was the black ice tour again in Manchester

    Had tickets to Black Sabbath and they cancelled I cant remember why. Im not their biggest fan great band all the same

    i saw Don Williams in Glasgow a few years back,he played all his hits and he sounded exactly the same as he did 40 odd years ago:)..still sounded like Eeyore when he spoke:laughing:
