Free!!!

Read a few threads on here here about people wanting lifts for their bike and wondered if this could be any use to somebody
I used to have this at work and when we got new ones I got to take this home for my own use
It's fitted with a 6 ton bottle jack operated by a foot lever and is lowered by a hand lever and once in position a simple but very effective foot brake keeps it steady
Was gonna use it for a project bike of some sort but can't be arsed now (lazy)
The table height is 13" lowest and 36" highest
Could easily be adapted with ramps/wheels off/bigger table etc
It's FREE!!!
But you'll have to come and get it with a van
I'm in Washington N E England

 

Would love it, but the time and diesel to come and get it, render it an impractical proposition.

 

Would it fit in a car of does it have to be a van?

Not sure how much of a faf on it would be to take the handle off
As for a courier I have no way of weighing it but I know it's bloody heavy as I had to tip it over to fit a new bottle jack about a year and a half ago

 

That looks like such a handy bit of kit for doing all sorts of work - shame it's so far away

 

Probably not a Ferrari or a Lamborghini :-(

Well keilder is just round the corner and it's only 2 months away , why not keep it another month? Then someone could pick it up on the way home!!

 

I just need to know a few more details before I fully commit to wasting more of your time on this 'FREE' trolley.
Tyre size and type, a picture of each would be good.
Painted top, is it lead free ? Full supporting documentation reqd.
Hydraulic oil COSHH documentation reqd.
LOLLER certification reqd.
Full service history reqd.
Hope this is not too much to ask, can't be too sure with 'FREE' stuff
Oh one last thing could you arrange and pay the carriage and I'll see you right when I get my new glasses!
