Breaks my heart to say but... tried to sell it. Noone seems to want Daytona 955is though.

Its a great bike, I'm just not clicking with it at all. Got it set up suspension wise, fitted a double screen, but it just isn't 'my' bike.

Looking to sell it for as close to what I paid as I can get, or swap for something more interesting.

It's called Knowlton church and is about 6 miles north of Wimborne. The village of Knowlton no longer exists but it is an English Heritage property so you can find details on their site. The two yew trees at the back of the circle are used as a pagan shrine apparently!

Right. That SHOULD be me all carboned up. ;):yum

Carbon headlight bowls courtesy of conquest. Holes required drilling out (that's nearly always the case regardless the manufacturer) but better too small than too large. I think they look smashing.

Should have been riding today but hungover this morning :dizzy:so had some coffee and decided to make a start on the wiring for my speedmaster tow bar.....first find the wiring...got it :)
IMG_0278.JPG Then snip and bare the wiring
IMG_0279.JPG Next soldering shrink wrap and tidy away ......you wouldn't know I'd been in there :) IMG_0280.JPG used a floating socket which I snaffled from work and mounted on R/H throttle body :)
IMG_0284.JPG Tested with a trailer board which I had to buy from work £13 (couldn't get it in my pocket) all lights working as they should :) IMG_0283.JPG Blends in well don't you think?:) IMG_0285.JPG Fitted newly painted tow bar and made a lead to suit :) IMG_0287.JPG bit unsure about the cable hanging the way it is....but hey lift off the side panel and tuck it in there....sorted!:) IMG_0288.JPG Lots of smilies :) on this because that's how it went today.....took a while but turned out well :)
Got to disassemble the trailer board and use the lights and cable for my trailer then get some suitable stickers and that should be about it :)
Maybe I should do everything with a hangover :p

    Not a bad idea!
    :yum
    But:
Last time, I went to the back of the plane and fumbled with the door handle, the flight attendant gave me a lengthy lecture on pressurized cabins, hipoxia (WTF) and so on and so forth...
She was nice though: she offered me to jump out, once the plane came to a full stop at the gate :p,
    which I did.
Well I can tell you: parachute would not open and the freefall was boring as hell.
But my fellow travellers had a jolly good time

    Top marks dilligaf.
A job well done, particularly with an hangover.
You might just need a bit of ant-rattle material between your floating socket hanging clip.

    ;)
Yes mate, would have been a nice entrance to the GMU.... Right!?
On second thought: I'd probably been sieved by air-rifle fire aimed at me by a Scottish boy scout squad before reaching the ground...
    :dizzy:

EDIT: Got my geography right: staying in Bellingham, we are not yet in Scottland. But I am sure,
as scouts go, they also have reconnoitring troups sent across the border. :eyes:

Cheers, they did check my spine in A&E but already have a collapsed disc between L24 and L25 also a gammy leg from a big bike off 45 years ago trouble is as you know these things come back to bite you as the years pass. I have now got a contractor coming to finish the work that I started, should have done it in the first place!
As you said it could have been worse, I might have landed on my head although I probably wouldn't have damaged anything that way:rolleyes:
