I guess, if BMW were to do this, they'd take a big wheel, say twice a man's size with 5 spokes. The suicidicals get strapped to the spokes, heads to the center of the wheel. Then you just need to spin it fast enough. Saves lots of space. So there you go: you can kill much more peoples (pun) with a higher efficiency at lower cost. (Am I German, or what?)
