    Hooray it's that time of year again,,,,,,,,,,,, The Eurovision Song Contest final is this Saturday :mad::mad:.

    What a waste of time.

    Hopefully when we finally leave the eu they'll stop us from entering, fingers crossed :)

    So come on who's a fan of the Eurovision Song Contest, who'll be stopping in to watch this tripe :eek::p

    i used to watch it every year when i was young..mind you there was only 2 channels :oops:..must have been some right tosh on the other channel:rolleyes:

    Must have been something really dire if the better choice was Eurovision!
    Saying that in those days we at least used singers like Cliff Richard et al.
    One of my favourites was Bucks Fizz but not because of the song :D

    I remember Clangers being on BBC2. Think it started about 6pm :D It wasn't on all day like BBC1.

    I think we got our first television in 1954 and as a 4 year old would watch rag tag and bobtail, Bill and Ben and Muffin the mule :eek:
    Yes and the same as BS only one channel in those days, none of this colour television.
