Sounds interesting! Should this red thruccy fall through I'd definitely be interested.

I'll need to pick up another bike cover now as my other is being used on the bike I'm trying to sell.

What size for the thruccy? Medium or large?

I think so - should have taken a full side on picture but I just liked the clocks and the reflection of my bike in the tank!

Wow it's lovely. So glad I got a red one too as it really stands out!

Not done much riding yet as other duties call but looking forward to getting used to it :)

    Thanks all!

And for sure that sounds good Matt.

For the time being I'd just like to get the towel rail off the back, get a tail tidy on with a smaller plate. Perhaps some smaller indicators too. And the fly screen off the front. See where we are then :)

I had also thought about putting some different mirrors on but I actually quite like these.

Plus I've still got to flog the 125 which had hung around longer than I'd like ...

Not enough time to do all I want really!

That's basically what I started with...I got some small LED indicators and a tail tidy off of square deals and was really pleased with it all!!

Looks like a good time to get a new bike as the weathers meant to be amazing tomorrow!

I know. I'm pretty much looking after the baby this weekend though as the girlfriend is working nights :(

Doubt I'll be able to play with the bike until Monday now :(

Where's the place to go for tail tidy's then? Are there lots of different ones for the Thruxton?

I haven't heard of square deals but I'll take a look.

Well done Loser!!! ( youre going to have to change that name) This is the tail tidy I got for my thrux it fits really well. I havent a pic of it on my bike. theres also just a bracket that fits straight on the mudguard here.

    rear.jpg
if you get either you'll need different indicators really. I'll get a pic of the tail tidy in situ if you want

I'll have to have a proper look through that site when I get a chance :)

I think I'd like to get a tidy that almost fits onto the rear fairing that covers the seat? Like the one thruccyboy has?

Looks like you have to remove the rear fender so not sure how it all works as I'm yet to have time to look but I think that's the way I'd like to go
