Hi guys, So i recieved my dream bike last week and this seemed like a great place to geek out on triumphs ( lord knows my SO is tired of hearing about it xD) I'm 30 yo, hailing from the east of belgium and i can usually be found riding around the eifel region of Germany. In any case here is a picture of my baby!
How can i NOT post a photo! I keep walking past my window just to look at the beauty parked in the back of my garden :-D Sadly the weather is shite and triumph seems to be having some trouble getting me the paperwork to register her. It should be here by Wednesday.
Riding round the Eiffel and rides a Speed Triple eh? Man of good taste me thinks. Welcome in Megamold.
Welcome buddy n lovely bike I visit Belgium a lot as my brother in law is a Belgian n lives in Ghent Next time I'm in town, I'll give you a shout
Half wouldn't even know how to take one, even if they were allowed to handle expensive stuff. And welcome Megamold young feller. That is one tasty looking bike.
It's a lot smaller than it looks and filled with hazards, if i were to start from where the photo was taken it would go straight into a pond :-D
Well i seem to have broken the ice nicely by making a fool of myself :-D in that case yeah it's a good backyard, about an hour and a half on the freeway. I also go to the belgian ardennes but that really is filled with hazards xD
Wilkommen in my backyard (being from Germany, I am entitled to this little jokeley snippetry.. ) Disregard the above. You have a great bike there and I do exactly know, why I restrain myself from booking a testride; I'd end up doing something... ...financially unwise... Anyway: have great fun and beware of the German car-twats. There's a couple of them around who run their vehicles by their iPhones, it seems... Cheers!
In my experience the belgian drivers are much, much worse. It's actually one of the reasons i keep coming back to your backyard (that and the fantastic roads of course)
I think that the Belgian and Dutch drivers are on such high alert looking out for cyclists that they have no time to look out for anything else,
