Well I went out fer a ride yesterday. Went to Devils Bridge (Kirby Lonsdale) and then back along the A65 past settle.

Well after settle is a little village called long Preston. At the side of the road there was a project bike for sale............... I think you know what happened next

I bought an F-reg Kawasaki GPX600R lol

Well it'll do for t'missus I spose lol

Hi Dayoshir,

I had a GPX750R in the 90's. Great bike but overshadowed at the time by the likes of the ZXR750 etc in terms of handling. No butt ugly vacuum cleaner hoses in the top of the fuel tank/airbox like the ZXR though!

The GPX600R is basically a more sexy, old school version of the ZZR600. Infact a fair few of the mechanical parts are interchangeable. The motor is bomb proof & it'll be a brilliant first big bike for your good lady.
