I had a 79" XS250 as my first bike. My stepdad had bought it new and I inherited it when I was 19 (1996) and it was still on the road and in the family till just a few years ago
As it was my first bike, I only had a couple of 125's to compare it to at the time....but yeah would occasionally take 20 kicks to get it started.....not good at 4.45 am. but was generally reliable.
