Hello fellow riders,

My lil bro bought a 2011 Speed Triple 1050 a year ago as a fixer upper. The bike didn't run but he knew the previous owner and knew the bike did run before.
It's been over a year and he hasn't gotten it to fire yet, not even turning over. Previous owner said he was riding one day, came home, parked the bike and washed it after cooling. He was going for a ride again later that day. Unfortunately the bike never ran again. Was sent to a mechanic who couldn't find any way...

I am bringing my old Speed Triple R back to life and unfortunately looks like some moisture has turned my instrument cluster into E-waste. I specifically need a T2503725 cluster, but have purchased a T2500874 cluster in hopes that it may end up working with my ECU; there are no used T2503725 clusters anywhere to be seen and a few T2500874 clusters for 1/4th the price of a new dash with returns accepted. So I figured might as well try...
So today I had an idea, why not just unplug the headlights and leave the DRL’s plugged in. Awesome! If I ever need the headlights for night ridding, which is about never, it’s very easy and quick to just unscrew the back of the headlight and plug the light back in. Problem solved. Man, it looks so much better with just the LED DRL’s. Anyone...
